  Average as all Bunnings stores, should have a map of products as all stores are set up different. Everything is pre packed and more expensive than Mitre 10 now. Staff hide when you make an enquiry. Money back price guarantee is useless as their products often look similar but are of poor quality

  Spoke to a young guy with pony tail who's been working there awhile if there were any shortbread cream biscuits. He said if none on shelf probably none left. Didn't offer to go check out back. I had to ask if there was any out back. His excuse was " probably on a pallet somewhere ". Without making excuses, go and look to help the customer. That's what you are there for - to provide customer service when requested.
